Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AthloID. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• Parents and guardians may create accounts and register players under their care, including for players under 18.

• Players aged 13 or older may create their own account and join clubs themselves.

• Clubs, head coaches, coaches and assistant coaches may use AthloID to manage their teams, with each club responsible for the accuracy of what it records.

Keep your login details safe and do not share your account with others. You are responsible for the content you post and the actions you take in the app. Notify us immediately at hello@athloid.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

When using AthloID you agree not to:

• upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights;

• misrepresent attendance, payments, results or achievements;

• use another person's or child's data without their guardian's consent;

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or to disrupt the service.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Clubs and coaches are responsible for the members they invite and the data they record about their own players, including compliance with their local safeguarding and data-protection obligations when photographing or publishing information about minors.

• Training, season and camp fees are set and collected by each club. Payment methods, verification and refunds of club fees are handled between you and the club — AthloID only records the payment status for you both.

• AthloID offers an optional printed certificate service, collected in cash through your club when you pick up your certificate.

AthloID is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep records accurate and the service available, we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that third-party information (for example weather data) is always correct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AthloID is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our records of achievements are provided for recognition and motivation and are not official competition results.

We may update these terms as the service grows. We will notify you of material changes in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
