What is AthloID and what does it do for my child?

AthloID is a digital platform that tracks, verifies, and celebrates your child's athletic achievements. You can view their training schedule, match results, attendance, awards, certificates, and photo/video highlights — all in one place. Your club uses AthloID to keep you informed and engaged with your child's football journey.

How do I create an account and join my child's club?

You'll receive an invite link or registration link from your club. Click the link, sign up with your email, and complete your child's profile. Once your club approves your membership, you'll see your club's schedule, teams, and updates in the app.

Can I manage more than one child on my account?

Yes. After registering your first child, you can add additional players from the 'My Players' section. Each child has their own profile, team assignment, schedule, and records, but they all live under your single parent account.

Which languages is the app available in?

The app supports multiple languages including English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. You can switch the language anytime from your profile menu in the top-right corner.

How do I contact my child's coach?

You can message your coach directly through the 'Messages' section in the app. For general questions, use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of this page or submit an inquiry through the club's page.

Registration
4

What information do I need to register my child?

You'll need your child's full name, date of birth, a profile photo (optional), preferred playing position, parent/guardian contact details, and emergency contact information. A digital liability waiver must also be signed to complete registration.

How is my child's age group (team) determined?

Teams are assigned automatically based on your child's date of birth (e.g. U10 means under 10 as of the season cut-off). If appropriate, you may 'opt up' to a higher age group during registration with your coach's approval.

Is the waiver mandatory?

Yes. A signed digital waiver is required before your child can train or play. The waiver covers liability and safety acknowledgement and can be signed electronically during registration — it only takes a minute.

Can I edit my child's details after registering?

Yes. Go to 'My Players', open your child's profile, and update information such as contact details, emergency contacts, medical notes, and playing positions. Some fields (like date of birth) are locked once verified.

Payments
3

How do I pay my club's fees?

Your club accepts payment via FPS (Faster Payment System) or online payment, depending on what's enabled. Go to 'Payments' to view outstanding balances, then upload your FPS payment slip or complete online payment so your coach can verify it.

What types of fees might I be charged for?

Common fee types include term/season training fees, league season fees, and special camps (Easter, Summer). Your club may also charge a one-time registration fee and uniform/kit costs. All charges are itemised in your Payments page.

How do I know my payment has been received?

After you upload your payment slip or pay online, the status changes from 'pending' to 'verified' once your coach confirms it. You'll receive a notification when the payment is verified. Partial payments show a remaining balance.

Training
4

Where can I see my child's training schedule?

Open the 'Schedule' page to see all upcoming training sessions in day, week, or month view. Each session card shows the time, venue, surface type, recommended footwear, and a map. You can also sync sessions to your phone calendar.

What should my child bring and wear to training?

Each session card shows the recommended footwear for the venue's surface (e.g. AG studs for artificial turf, flat-soled shoes for hard courts). Always bring water, shin guards, and the kit assigned for that session. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time.

How do I RSVP to a training session?

Open the session from your schedule or 'My Players' page and tap the RSVP option to confirm or decline attendance. RSVPing helps your coach plan sessions and ensures you receive relevant reminders and updates.

What happens if training is cancelled due to weather?

If a session is cancelled (for example due to bad weather or pitch closure), your coach will update the session and you'll be notified. Affected families may receive a makeup credit that can be used for a future session.

Camps
3

What camps are available and how do I sign up?

Clubs run Easter camps, summer camps, and occasional holiday clinics. Visit the 'Camps' page to see upcoming camps, dates, venues, and fees. Register directly from the camp card before the deadline.

Are camps included in the regular training fee?

Camps are usually billed separately from term training fees as they run during school holidays and include additional hours. Camp fees are clearly listed on each camp card before you register.

Can my child attend a camp if they aren't a regular member?

Yes, many camps are open to non-members. You'll need to create an AthloID account and complete the waiver. Some camps offer priority registration or discounts to existing club members.

Matches
4

Where can I find match details and fixtures?

All upcoming matches appear on the 'Matches' page and your schedule. Each match card shows the opponent, kick-off time, venue with map, kit assignment, and league information. Add it to your calendar so you never miss a game.

How are match results and goals recorded?

Coaches record match results and player goals after each game. Goals are attributed to individual players and count towards their season totals and the club leaderboard. Parents can also submit goal claims for coach confirmation.

Can I request tickets for my child's matches?

For matches where complimentary tickets are enabled, you can request tickets from the match card. Simply enter how many you need (up to the per-family limit) and your coach will approve or decline the request. You'll be notified once it's reviewed.

What is the leaderboard and how does my child feature on it?

The leaderboard ranks players by their verified goals across the season. When your child scores and the coach confirms it, they climb the board. The top performers are highlighted with podium badges at the end of the season.
